Responsible for the direct or indirect provision of individualized care based on the assessed age and developmental needs. Qualifications:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * One year as Speech-Language Pathologist. * Preferred: Home Care or Long Term Care experience.* Preferred: Membership in Colorado Speech-Language Hearing Association (CSHA).* Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology* Certificate of Clinical Competence for Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) * Membership in American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)* Current Colorado drivers license* Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required, Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association required for facilities with an AED * Automated External Defibrillator (AED) preferred for facilities without an AED. Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly) This PRN home health role will cover weekdays and weekends around Colorado Springs area.  Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
