ChristianaCare is currently recruiting for a full time Respiratory Therapist to provide service to all areas of the hospital, including adult and infant critical care units, medical-surgical floors and emergency care. This position will provide services to the Respiratory Care Department in the ChristianaCare Union Hospital- Cecil location.

This is a full-time day shift position (7a-7:30p) with every 3rd weekend rotation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of an Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy or Graduate of CoArc approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
• Licensure in the State of Maryland required.
• Greater than 6 months experience preferred.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Maintains active certified Respiratory therapist Credential

Registered Respiratory Therapist

-Maintains current BLS certification

-Maintains current NRP certification within 90 days of hire

-Current AARC Member preferred
