As aRegistered Nurse (RN),aCase Manager (CM),Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN), aCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Respiratory Therapist (RT)you will have:

• Minimum one (1) year experience in an acute caresetting preferred.
• Current state licensure / certification as applicable.
• Minimum six (6) months experience in an acute caresetting or long term care facility.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA you will have:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Completion of course for nursing assistants.

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification.

• BLS Certification.

• Minimum six months experience in acute or long term care facility.
