The department covers general medical, surgery, all post-op, generalized pneumonia, flu, wound care (on skilled nursing side) and physical therapy. The clinical nursing program is new and offers a different/slower pace of training where a new nurse can acclimate and have time to learn our department better. We seek candidates that are flexible and willing to cross train to accommodate labor and delivery if needed. Job Summary:This position assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patient.
