ChristianaCare's Community Health Program is seeking a full time Community Educator/Community Health Worker to support the acute care units at our Union Hospital campus located in Cecil County, MD.The Community Health Workers (CHW) promote access to services, provide health education, and assistance in navigating the health care and social services systems.
