Data Analyst
Job Summary: This position is responsible for a variety of analytical tasks throughout the Case Management across the WMCHealth Network. The candidate must have an attention to detail when compiling daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for Case Management leadership. Responsibilities: Accurately processes daily report summaries using appropriate resources. Use various programs to efficiently perform data inquiries and to accurately compile patient information. Collaborates with Case Management and the multidisciplinary team on identified discharge barriers as well as discharge documentation for tracking and trending.. Reports data analysis to the VP of Clinical Care
