To succeed in this role, you will: Be responsible for accurate and thorough patient evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, case management, and care coordination. Provide individual/group therapy using evidence-based psychotherapeutic models and techniques appropriate to patients’ diagnosis. Facilitate family/care team meetings, when necessary. Provide crisis intervention and behavioral interventions, as needed. Complete all clinical documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) on a timely basis.
