The Home Based Primary Care Program is recruiting for a Registered Nurse to provide quality, patient-centered care for patients who are homebound with complex medical needs in the home environment. This position's work station will be located at the Charlottesville CBOC in Charlottesville, Virginia. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency.
