SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Department Director and the Senior Physical Therapists, provides quality physical therapy services to patients through evaluation and administration of treatment to restore function and prevent disabilities. PT to perform evaluations and treatment in outpatient setting. Position will work 4-10 hour days, Monday through Friday- day off to be determined upon hire. Position will receive cross training to acute care will responsibility to work 1 holiday and 1 holiday weekend per year. SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong written,verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. LICENSE/CERT: Required: BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), PT (Physical Therapist) EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Physical Therapy
