Ascutney Hospital and Health Center in Windsor, Vermont and Valley Regional Hospital in Claremont, New Hampshire. Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center (MAHHC) and Valley Regional Healthcare (VRH) are separate not-for-profit critical access hospitals. MAHHC is a member of the Dartmouth Health System, and it is expected that VRH will become a member of the Dartmouth Health System in July 2024. The organizations are to be led by a single President and CEO and mirror Boards of Trustees.
