Job Summary Tri-Area Community Health (https://triareahealth.org/) is a Federally Qualified Health Center headquartered in Laurel Fork, Virginia, with full-service locations currently open in Ferrum, Floyd, Fries, Grayson Highlands (Troutdale), and Laurel Fork, Virginia along with a site in collaboration with Galax City Public Schools. For over 40 years, Tri-Area has provided care to underserved individuals in Southwest Virginia. We offer integrated primary medical and behavioral health care in all these clinic locations.
