Incumbent serves as a Case Manager for the HUD-VASH program that is part of Health Care for Homeless Veterans Program within the Mental Health Product Service Line of the Minneapolis, MN VA class 1A Medical Center. Incumbent provides services to homeless veterans and their families in the HUD-VASH program that is part of the Health Care for Homeless Veterans Program within the Mental Health Product Service Line. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
