The Clinical Nurse Educator provides formal, informal, virtual education and/or training to increase the knowledge and skills of the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System intensive care nursing staff. Clinical Nurse Educator will assess the educational needs of the staff and collaborate across service lines in the assessment, planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating education needs, programs, and activities. Clinical Nurse Educator will exhibit leadership, mentoring and communication. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency. In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 7403(f), no person shall serve in direct patient care positions unless they are proficient in basic written and spoken English. Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency and accr
