Atlantic Private Care, part of Atlantic Health System, is seeking a per diem Clinical Specialist to work 8am - 4pm at the Basking Ridge, NJ facility- flexibility with nights / weekends as needed. Essential Functions/Responsibilities:Provide Clinical support services to APCS clients and case managers .Monitor the policies and procedures necessary to maintain the standards required by accrediting bodies and/or licensing agencies.Communicate with clients and families , document same.Complete incident forms and follow / document staff/ client complaints and concerns .Conduct in services .Cover private duty nursing (PDN) cases, as necessary.Support resource to field staff nurses visit as necessary.Supervise CHHA
