Nemours is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist, Hearing Loss Specialist in our Outpatient Therapy Department.This position is to support growth and advancement of the cochlear implant program and the Nemours Children's Ear Hearing and Communication Center (NCEHCC). This SLP, with focus on Listening and Spoken Language (LSLS), will provide assessment and treatment of the audition, speech, and language skills of children who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, as part of the multi-disciplinary cochlear implant team. We are looking for a candidate with: Listening and Spoken Language AVT or AVEd certification, or candidates in process of or willing to pursue the certification.This will be a position that specializes in the AVT (Auditory Verbal Therapy) population.
