Social Worker- Mental Health Intensive Case Management (MHICM)
The Battle Creek VA Medical Center is hiring a Social Worker to serve in the Social Work Service's Mental Health Intensive Case Management program. This position serves, in the community, those Veterans with severe and persistent mental illness who have frequent or long-term hospitalizations. Applicants considered to be most qualified will be those with at least 1 year of Mental Health experience. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. Education: Have a master's degree in social work from a school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). Graduates of schools of social work that are in candidacy status do not meet this requirem
