The incumbent in this position functions as the Medical Center's Liaison/Case Manager for Homeless Veterans residing in the area and are part of Albuquerque VAMC's Healthcare for Homeless Veterans Program, Department of Housing and Urban Development / VA Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH). The incumbent is responsible for monitoring all phases of programming and coordination of case management services for Veterans receiving housing provided through HUD Section 8 housing Vouchers. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
