The primary duties of the Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Manager are: Serve as the Program Manager of the installation's full service FAP. Responsible for the execution of the Marine Corps¿ FAP mission. Ensure that services are provided that identify, intervene, assess, respond, refer, and prevent family violence, abusive behavior, and Problematic Sexual Behaviors in Children and Youth (PSB-CY) through professional assistance to include victim advocate services and New Parent Support Program Services.
