OverviewNorthwest Permanente, P.C. is currently seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Palliative Care physician to join our growing medical group as a Virtual Home-Based Palliative Care locum. This role will initially support our: Virtual care, working from a home office, to support our Home-Based Palliative Care patients, including symptom management and admissions, across the Portland metro region.We place a strong emphasis on a team-first, collaborative approach with an expectation that you will need to be flexible to support our robust Palliative Medicine program across our full range of patient needs.
