Nemours is seeking a Cardiac Center High Risk Nurse (RN) Coordinator, (Full-Time), to join our Nemours Children's Hospital team in Downtown Orlando, Florida. The Cardiac Center High Risk Clinic Nurse Coordinator is responsible for specialized nursing practice related to care of patients with complex congenital heart disease by providing direct and indirect care in collaboration with the physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, social workers, genetic counselors, nutrition services and other clinical staff including but not limited to admission and discharge planning of all patients admitted to the comprehensive cardiac care unit.
