The Mental Health Counselor is responsible for overseeing the mental health team comprised of Substance Use Disorder Counselors and Case Managers. Working with job seekers across the Bay Area, the mental health team aims to connect clients with wrap around services as they progress towards or navigate sobriety and prepare for a job and career building. The Mental Health Counselor designs and leads group workshops to meet the specific needs of Goodwill’s clients with the goal of repairing trauma from the reentry experience and building a safe and trusting community to support clients starting a new chapter. Expanding Goodwill SF Bay’s services, the Mental Health Counselor leads the design of the program and development of the team. This position reports directly to the D
