SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Department Director and the Senior Physical Therapists, provides quality physical therapy services topatients through evaluation and administration of treatment to restore function and prevent disabilities. Physical therapist to work in a dynamic satellite therapy clinic with other PT, OT and SLP staff. Schedule will be 4-10 hour days or would consider 3-12's and 1-4 hour day. Will perform evaluations and treatments while appreciating 1:1 patient care, the ability to follow your patient through their care needs. Will be cross trained to support acute care and required to work 1 holiday and 1 holiday weekend per year minimum. SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong written,verbal and interpersonal communication skills. LICENSE/CERT: Required: BLS (Basic L
