DescriptionUnder the direct supervision of the Bowyer Clinic Director, and with input from the Medical Director as needed, the Practice Manager is responsible for facilitating and supervising the daily operations in the Bowyer Clinic. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, functioning as a resource, role model, supervisor for the Bowyer Clinic staff. The Practice Manager also works with the management team to implement clinic goals and objectives, recruit and orient new staff, provide input during the budgetary process, finalize daily and long term staffing decisions, and provide management level support to the clinic.
