Perform nursing care as assigned which includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, teaching, evaluation, and implementation of treatment process in accordance with JCAHO, OASAS and ASAM that directly responds to the needs of the patient.RESPONSIBILITIES Perform nursing assessment of all clients and initiate the patient care plan in accordance with information obtained. Monitor and assess patients for vital signs, signs of impending withdrawal, or other medical problems. Administer medications according to Kingston Hospital Nursing policies and procedures and assists in inventory and storage of facility pharmaceutical supplies.
