Position is organizationally aligned to the Respiratory and Sleep Services at the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC) North Chicago, IL. A primary function of this position is to perform the daily duties of the pulmonary function testing (PFT) & bronchoscopy clinic. Encompasses diagnostic evaluation, assessment, and patient care for both inpatients/outpatients. Includes patient instruction, testing, equipment/computer setup, troubleshooting, & preliminary interpretation. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
