Job Responsibilities:
The Behavioral Health Therapist participates in observing, reporting, and recording of patient behaviors. Responsible for providing high quality patient care, including assessment, psycho-diagnosis, treatment, planning, individual, family and group therapies and discharge planning. Responsibilities also include helping to provide a safe and secure unit environment for all patients and staff in compliance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with others as a team to ensure quality patient care. Must be at least 21 years of age, dependable and emotionally stable. Responsible for maintaining personal and professional growth and development.
Qualifications
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION:
Current LCSW, LPC, LBP or LMFT License from the State of Oklahoma or under supervision for same
