SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Department Director and the Physical Therapy Supervisor, provides quality physical therapy services to patients through evaluation and administration of treatment to restore function and prevent disabilities. Physical Therapist to work in acute and/or outpatient setting to perform evaluations and treatment. Clinician will be trained in acute first and foremost and is required to work 2 weekend days per month minimum (can work more than this on weekends if interested). In addition, must work a minimum of 1 holiday per year and 1 holiday weekend (counts as their 2 weekend days for the month). Ideal candidate has weekday availability at least 2 days per week to cover in acute and/or outpatient. The ability and comfort to work in both settings allows greater flexibility and can result in greater opportunities for hours. SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. LICENSE/CERT: Required: PT (Physical Therapist), BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association) EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Physical Therapy
