Providence Medical Group is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join the Eagle Point Family Medicine Clinic, located just outside of Medford, Oregon. Our clinic features a patient-centered medical home model and multi-disciplinary team including physician, physician assistant, psychologist, case manager, and clinical pharmacist. • $50,000 signing bonus and up to $100,000 in educational loan repayment funds
• Full-time position, 1.0 FTE (flexible to hire 0.90 FTE to 1.0 FTE)
• Schedule can be either 4, 4.5, or 5 days per week in clinic
• Outpatient care only with minimal phone call
• Co-located Pediatrics clinic and Physical therapy
• Patient-focused group with collaborative, engaged caregivers
• Guaranteed base salary, quality incentives, and relocation assistance available
• CME days and dollars, cost of licenses, paid membership dues, paid subscriptions and paid board certification available
• Standard Employed Provider Benefits Package, including PTO, Health, Life, Dental, Vision, Disability and Malpractice
• As a non-profit organization, Providence is an eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
• Position is open to J1 waiver and H1-B candidates
