The VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (Mental Health) to be a member of our staff at the Toledo Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse works under the direction of the Chief of the Mental Health Clinic designee in collaboration with designated Nursing Supervisor and designee. Second line supervisor is the Chief of Mental Health Service of the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System and designee. The LPN/LVN is responsible for observing, recording, and reporting changes in the patient's condition, as well as assisting in the development and revision of the patient-driven treatment plan.
