This position is located in the Mental Health Service of the West Los Angeles VAMC Dept. of Veteran's Affairs VHA. Psychologists diagnose mental disorders, conduct psychological and/or neuropsychological assessments, treat mental disorders, and provide adjunctive interventions, and may be involved in program coordination, evaluation, teaching, training, and research activities. The position is to provide a full complement of behavioral medicine psychological services for chronic pain patients.
