The incumbent performs specialized treatment of complex physical & mental illness for Veterans in the BH&S clinical settings at Lebanon or its Community Based Outpatient Clinics, or within the Primary Care setting. While the primary duties are within the Outpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program at Lebanon, services may also involve providing care at Community Based Outpatient Clinics, residential programs, emergency department, Primary Care offices, inpatient wards or community settings. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
