CNE – Mary Bridge & System Pediatrics
The Chief Nurse Executive – Pediatrics role is a key strategic position, providing vision and direction for pediatric nursing throughout Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital and Health Network and the MultiCare Health System. The incumbent is accountable for professional nursing practice for all pediatric and neonatal departments of the hospitals in which licensed nurses practice (inpatient and outpatient settings), fostering innovative workforce development, professional nursing staff development and regulating nurse credentialing. The incumbent is also accountable for nursing operations of Mary Bridge Children’s facilities, units and programs throughout the Pacific Northwest.
