SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Director of Home Health, provides quality occupational therapy services to patient through evaluation and administration of treatment to restore function and prevent disabilities. EXPERIENCE: Two to four years recent experience in acute care, rehab or home health preferred. Lymphedema experience required; Lymphedema certification preferred SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Computer skills. OTHER: Current driver's license, auto insurance, observational skills, knowledge of occupational therapy process and ability to function independently in the home. Lymphedema experience required; Lymphedema certification preferred LICENSE/CERT: Required: OTR (Occupational Therapist), BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (Americ
