The RN Transfer Coordinator serves as the facility's clinical coordinator for inter-facility patient transfers including VA and Non-VA patient. The nurse serves as the Medical Center's lead/primary point of contact and oversees communications in the facilitation of efficient, timely and safe transfer of hospitalized patients to and from C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center. They are responsible to assist in the planning, organization, and evaluation of effectiveness of the role and process. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency.
