The MD/DO, Family Medicine Physician treats a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, develops long-term, personal relationships with their patients, produces individualized healthcare programs based on patient historical data and offers continuous support and health management advice. They provide preventative care, including routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunization and screening test, and personalized counseling on maintaining a health lifestyle.

• Must have a valid Virginia medical license.
• Must be Board eligible or Board certified in family practice.
• If Board eligible, must meet certification requirements within three years of completing residency training program or within three years of employment with ESRHS.
• Must maintain current state medical licensure and DEA certificate.
