The MD/DO, Family Medicine Physician treats a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, develops long-term, personal relationships with their patients, produces individualized healthcare programs based on patient historical data and offers continuous support and health management advice. They provide preventative care, including routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunization and screening test, and personalized counseling on maintaining a health lifestyle.

Must have a valid Virginia medical license.
Must be Board eligible or Board certified in family practice.
If Board eligible, must meet certification requirements within three years of completing residency training program or within three years of employment with ESRHS.
Must maintain current state medical licensure and DEA certificate.
