Capital Pediatrics is expanding their team-based approach to include a Behavioral Health Consultant. 

Job Details:

• Offering in-person and telehealth sessions for patients aged 0-21, including postpartum care.
• The role is based in Carmichael, CA.
• Telehealth services will be conducted for patients at the Roseville office.
• Emphasizing Primary Care Behavioral Health with a team-centered approach.
• Delivering targeted, evidence-based assessment and intervention during appointments lasting no more than 30 minutes.
• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm 

Licensure/Certification:

• Unrestricted LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California
• MATCH certification or certification-eligible preferred
